To describe your performance rating i would need to know what you have done all i require is how much do i owe and how much do i get back im still puzzled all tax was payed at source for 2017 but do i owe any ni contributions if so how much or as that been taken out of the 4790 expenditure figure .and how have i ended up with £1000 rebate when i was told it would be about 2k after your services were deducted – How would you describe our performance overall?
