I was not happy that I had to wait until the 21st to do a disclaimer that could have been done at the start of the crisis, and you’ve only just done my furlough scheme because Ann didn’t have one of my employees NI number , and it was by chance I emailed her on Monday to ask if she had done it and she hadn’t for this reason otherwise I’d be none the wiser , I know these are difficult times for everyone but I was not impressed with this at all , it just needed a quick phone call and if I’m honest I can’t believe your not working Fridays considering what is going on at the moment . – How would you describe our performance overall?
